再来一锅开水准备把油料煮沸

水开之后先下鱼头,鱼骨,后下肉,要不鱼头容易炖不熟

这就是剩下的鱼肉了,看鱼头煮了2分钟左右准备把剩下的这些都下锅就可以了

全部下锅喽!鱼肉非常好熟,时间不宜太长,一般水沸起来煮10分钟以内就完全可以了

准备好的黄瓜铺在盆底下个人比较喜欢黄瓜的清香,如果怕生可以炒一下,随意

再把豆芽放在黄瓜片上面

鱼煮的差不多了,放入适量鸡精

水煮鱼就完成了,很美味的,就是颜色差点儿意思,如果觉得不够红的话可以自己炸点儿辣椒油
水煮鱼做了很多次了,前后步骤还算比较熟练,主要是不拘泥于常,生活嘛!总要来点儿不一样的,这样才算有意思,今天这篇文章算是教程吗?我都不知道……如果有大神有特殊经验不吝赐教!
