主料:新鲜香菇、 肉馅
调料:青辣椒、盐,料酒、生抽、老抽、蚝油、胡椒粉、葱、姜、香油、淀粉、味精
烹任步骤:
1.肉馅中加入姜末、胡椒粉、生抽、老抽、香油、淀粉、盐、味精,搅打上劲。

2.香菇洗净,去蒂。剪去的蒂剁碎和在肉馅里。

3.香菇用勺挖一挖,让中间的小坑深一点。香菇上洒上干淀粉,把肉馅酿到香菇里面,用手拍实。

4.香菇面上再洒一层薄淀粉。锅上火放油,油热后,肉面朝下,码入酿好的香菇,转小火慢慢煎至金黄,翻面再煎另一面。

5.香菇煎至成熟起锅。锅中底油里加葱末、生抽、料酒、蚝油、水,适当加盐调味,下入香菇,菇面朝下,慢火烧至汤汁粘稠。临出锅时,洒上青辣椒碎,出锅装盘。
