Before you will ever win in the public arenas of life. you must first win the private battles within yourself. all change begins with you.你在公众生活中取得胜利之前，你必须首先赢取你内心的个人战争的胜利，所有的改变开始于你自己。
The personal bank account。 个人银行账号
Our life is like a private bank account (PBA).just like a checking or savings account at a bank. We can make deposits into and take a withdrawals from your PBA by the things you think,say and do.我们的生活就像一个银行账户，就像银行的支票帐户或者现钞账户，我们能通过所想和所做的事来存储或取出。
The personal bank account starting with the man in the Mirror ,Including Habbit 1 : be proactive; habit 2 :begin with the end in mind;habit 3 :put first things first. 建立个人的银行账户从镜子里面的自己做起，包括习惯一积极处世；习惯二先定目标后行动；习惯三重要的事情先做。
How is your PBA? How much trust and confidence do you have in yourself?你的个人银行账户如何？你对自己的信任又如何呢？
If PBA is low, don't get discouraged it doesn't have to be permanent .just starting making small humble deposit today. You will feel you're confident growing , small deposit over a long period of time is the way to be a healthy and rich PBA. 如果你的银行账户很差，不要失望，从今天开始做小额存款，你会赢回自己的自信心，长期做小额存款是建立健康富裕的个人银行账户的正确道路。
Keep promise to yourself。 信守对自己许下的承诺啊
We should treat the commitment we made to ourselves as seriously as those we make to the most important people in our lives. make a promise and keep it.对待我们对自己所做的承诺，就当向对待生活中最重要的人一样认真。向自己做一个承诺，并且信守这个承诺。
Starting with small five dollars commitment that you know you can complete ,like not drink soda pop today. after your build up some self-trust you can then go for the more difficult one hundred dollars deposits. 开始完成一个五元钱的承诺，就像不喝一杯苏打水容易，建立信心之后，你就可以做更困难的一百元的承诺。
Do you small acts or kindness 做小小的友善行为
If you are feeling depressed, the best thing to do is to do something for someone else. why ? because it get you focused outward not inwards, it's hard to be depressed while helping someone else.如果你觉得沮丧，最好的办法就是为他人做些事情。为什么呢？因为这会让你集中注意力于外部事物而不是自身。当你去帮助别人的时候，很难再为自己感到沮丧。
There are two seas in Palastine . one is fresh one is dead. One sea receives but not keep,the other sea is keeping every drop,giving nothing. there are two kinds of people in these words just like two seas are in Palestine.巴勒斯坦有两个海，一个是淡水，一个是死水。一个海每流入一滴水就有另一滴水流出，另一个海留住每一滴水，却从来不会付出，世上有两种人就像巴勒斯坦的两个海。
Be gentle with yourself 对自己宽容
It's means not expecting yourself to be perfect by tomorrow morning. Be patient and allow yourself enough time to grow.对对自己宽容意味着别期望自己一夜之间变得完美，让自己多一点耐心,慢慢地成长。
It's means nothing to laugh at the stupid things you do. 也意味着学会嘲笑自己所做的愚蠢的事情。
Be gentle also means forgiving yourself when you mess up . who hasn't done that ?we should not learn from our mistakes but we shouldn't beat ourselves up over them . the past is just, pass. 对自己宽容也意味着当你把事情搞砸的时候要学会原谅自己。谁没有搞砸过呢？我们应当从错误中学习，而不应该过分责备自己。过去的事就是过去了。
Be honest 诚实
Honesty comes in many forms. first there is self-honesty. Always be a first-rate version of yourself , instead of a second-rate version of somebody else.诚实有很多种形式，首先就是忠于自我。要成为第一流版本的自己，而不要成为任何其他人的第二流的版本。
then there is honesty in our actions ，if you have been dishonest in the past.it's relief not to hide a who you are or to have to cover up your actions.我们应该在行为上诚实。假如你的过去有不诚实，你会觉得很轻松当你不需要隐藏你自己是谁或者你自己做过的事情。
the saying goes ,“my strength is as the strength of 10 because my heart is pure ". honesty is always the best policy , even when it may not be popular.有一句话说：我的力量以一当十，是因为我的内心是纯洁的。诚实永远是最好的策略，即使这不是当前的流行趋势。
Renew yourself 更新自己
We have got to take time for ourselves . To renew and to relax.if we don't we will have got burned out and lose our zest for life.我们必须给自己一些时间，去更新或者放松自己。如果我们不这样做，我们将会失去对生活的热情。
There are so many other ways to renew yourself and to build your PBA .exercise can do it ,like going for a walk,running , dancing and kicking box .some teens have suggested watching old movies, talking to friends...... 有很多种方式去更新自己，去建立自己的个人银行账户。可以做锻炼、散步、跑步、跳舞、打拳击，或者看电影，好朋友聊天……
Magnify your talents 开发自己的才能
Finding and developing a talent ,hobby,or passion can be one of the single greatest deposits you can make into your PBA. 发现或开发一种才能、爱好或特殊的兴趣，可能是你能做的一笔最大的单项个人银行账户的存款。
