之前做过拔丝苹果,看着家里的红薯,就想来个拔丝红薯,其色泽金黄,块型光滑,味酸甜,外脆内软,糖丝不断。

1、备料:红薯2个,白砂糖1勺,白醋,食用油;
2、红薯洗净去皮切成块状,切好后放进清水中, 防止红薯氧化变黑;

3、起锅烧热,倒入适量食用油, 烧至五成热转中小火;
4、红薯用厨房卫生纸吸干表面水分放入锅中,中小火炸至皮脆肉软即可捞出控油;

5、不粘锅上放少许油,放入白砂糖,用小火熬制,快化的时候放入1勺白醋;

6、倒入炸好的红薯, 迅速翻炒均匀,每块红薯蘸上糖浆即可。
