From my perspective, it is totall undoubted that The most Popular is the Spring Festival , so I'd like to introduce the Spring Festival to you.The reason why I believe so are listed as below.
Spring Festival is the most important traditional holiday in China and usually lasts for 15 days.
The first point that I mention is that you can go running during the Spring Festival , and that is because you have a long holiday , it increases your immunity which guards against diseases.
what is more , it is easy for us to undestand that people will have a big meal, wich is because people cook a lot of fine food during the spring festival, for example,fish,prok,dumpings .
