19/28 想想目标，坚持

没听课也没看书，写写这一周来学习和练习的感受！明天周末争取补上读书笔记！

第三周最考验自控力，反思自己一天的时间里，真的没时间看书或者听课吗？没有忙到那个地步。当人感觉累的时候，及时行乐的想法总会不断冒出来，于是一些空闲时间被看剧和刷手机占据。

翻译练习进行了一段时间后，对英语和汉语有了更多的理解，意识到自己专业知识方面的欠缺，开始啃专业书。看书的过程及其枯燥，一度想放弃。转念想想自己的目标，接着努力吧！盯紧目标这个方法，真的很好用。不想做了，想想目标，就会满血复活。

这周听了辉哥的分享后，意识到，每次很累的时候刷剧不能帮助恢复精力，睡觉才可以。因此，这周尽量减少看剧时间，困了就赶紧睡觉。

我的翻译：Today science technology has influenced the human society in depth and breadth beyond the past greatly, for revitalizing the country through science and technology has gradually won people's heart. 

Key: So far the influence of science and technology on people everywhere has never been greater. The idea of developing China by science and technology has been instilled in people's minds. 

2. 他们之所以先知先觉，是因为他们知识渊博，同时还认识到自己的不足。

我的翻译：They can learn by doing first, because they are knowledgeable and be aware of their deficiency. 

Key: They can be the men of foresight in that they have much knowledge and recognize that they need more.
