1、备料:鸡爪10多个,八角2个,葱1根,姜1块,花椒少许,生抽2勺,料酒1勺,盐适量,冰糖些许,老抽少量;

2、鸡爪洗净,剪去指甲备用,葱切段,姜切片备用;

3、锅中加上冷水,放入鸡爪,料酒,大火煮开,直至煮出浮沫;

4、将鸡爪捞出过冷水,沥干备用;

5、起锅热油,倒入适量食用油,放入葱段,姜片,八角,花椒爆香后,放入鸡爪;

6、翻炒一下,放入1勺生抽,少许老抽,冰糖,加入没过鸡爪的清水,大火煮开;

7、烧开后,转小火,待汤汁浓稠时,加入适量食盐调味,转大火收汁出锅即可。
