当我翻译的时候，我会被这简单的图片和文字感染而动容，其实对待孩子就是对待成人，尊重是前提，耐心是态度，聆听是方法。
我在践行，我会注意避免居高临下看孩子，我喜欢和他们有平行视线的交流；
我也很庆幸，我的孩子在华德福教育也会受到同样的对待，例如每天到达和离开学校时，老师都会蹲下来，和孩子手拉手，对视着唱歌或简单问候，这种仪式感是最棒的。p.s. 谢谢Kristina分享！
