从17号开始，我就变得很忙，早上6点之前起床，上午主要负责每日一词，下午负责晨读的作业。也可能基础比较差，造句的时候要考虑是不是比较地道，中文翻了英文，再用英文google下看是否真有这样的表达。我自认为还是看过些英文书，看书读得太粗糙了，只记住了里面的情节，看来需要精读一些。听人家读的、讲解的，人家读得再好，讲解得再生动，内化到自己脑子终究是很少的。“纸上得来终觉浅，绝知此事要躬行。

还有重重之中，就是要背，要背，要背，重要的事要说三遍。以前真的很怕背，但理解的基础上背还是能接受的。把它们内化掉，这样说话及写作不会言之无物了。

关于写作

听了Justin的在线分享了自己如何构思一篇随笔及写作反馈，想想现在自己英语的处境，就是因为缺少了体会，过脑的练习。要想提高写作能力：

1、多读多写
2、大剂量阅读（和背诵），多多体会。一定量的写作练习，带着反馈去改写。

关于背诵

Justin及Eric都很强调背诵，尤其是Justin。他对背诵的定义：

背诵就是能把目标材料一字不差的背出。
凡是背不出或背诵出错的，往往是语法或用法的薄弱点甚至是盲点。也就是说，知道哪里背不出是一种低成本、灵活、可以完全自己完成纠错的方法。

背诵能出语感，能写出跟母语学习者一样的文章。毕竟用的语言在先，为了学这些语言才提炼出条条框框的rules。
我非常赞同这个观点，在接下来的日子里，一定要背，从背每日一词的Justin提供的例句开始。背了试着写下来，看跟原句是否一模一样。接下来是背加默写《新概念二》，由简入深。

如何正确使用“每日一词”和“每周一段”

1、 经常看两个相应的FAQ，经常性地回顾。“每日一词”的选择标准： 高频、地道及好用； “每周一段”中的段落本身就体现了一种常见、实用、易学的写作框架或结构。
2、 根据自己的水平、时间及目标，有选择性及针对性进行

这里提供的材料都非常适合背，不用再找其它材料了，行动起来就可以了。不要被过载的信息迷茫了自己。 Do not let information overload trouble you.

下面大概列举下“每日一词”及“每周一段”的内容，顺便对其进行复习。

每日一词

这几天，主要跟着Justin老师学了cripple, count, shape, shift, favor, remain, suffice, help, upend and trouble.

• cripple

to make (something) unable to work normally: to cause great damage to something

• count

在自己的仿写过程中，我发现自己的中文作文水平深深地影响了英文写作水平。我想主题就想了很久，最后定下与自己息息相关的全职主妇话题。全职主妇的英文表达不确定，就google。外界对全职主妇的看法，也google, 找出自己想要的进行组织。 在这过程中，查字典，google都用到了，也学到了一些，只是没有后来进行及时复习，现在脑子里也是空空的，可见背诵的重要。

总结

在写复盘文章时，发现我应该及时将每次写完线上分享及反馈的内容做及时笔记及感想，这样写每月总结就写得很快。这篇文章写得一如继往地没有章法，但是里面还是有自己很多的想法。
加入现象社群以来，我的行动能力大大提升了，写了好多篇简书，感觉自己的中文写作水平也慢慢地有所提升，不再只是引用。
