香甜又柔软的大麻花,外皮有一点点香酥,里面又超级柔软,真的是太好吃了,整体口感跟油炸甜甜圈是差不多的。

食材表:
面粉500g、鸡蛋2个、酵母5g、食盐2g、蜂蜜40g、白砂糖20g、玉米油20g、纯牛奶160g
制作方法:
1、酵母放到温牛奶里面充分溶解

2、面粉里面磕入两个鸡蛋,分别放入食盐、白糖和蜂蜜

3、边搅拌边倒入酵母水,搅拌成絮状以后再放入食用油

4、揉成光滑且偏软的面团

5、盖上保鲜膜发酵至2倍到2.5倍大

6、右手在中间戳一个小孔,不回缩就说明发酵好了

7、把面团取出来轻轻拍打排气

8、面团平均分成九等份

9、把面团搓圆,表层刷上一层植物油

10、再次盖上保鲜膜静置15分钟

11、把静置好的面团搓成长条条。

12、一只手固定住不动,另一只手朝着一个方向搓,起劲以后两头对接在一起,麻花就上劲了

13、收口处捏紧,尽量整理得好看一点

14、盖上保鲜膜静置数分钟

15、开始炸麻花。炸麻花的油温不必太高,因为麻花的个头蛮大的,一次性不要放太多,因为放入锅中以后它会膨胀起来

16、中火慢慢炸,麻花炸至双面金黄就可以捞出来了
