孩子去华阳电厂上班了!

回来后，经常和我聊些厂里的新变化，聊些自己的工作收获及工作中的不悦。​我总是静静地聆听着。

一天晚上，孩子回来后，像往常一样有一句没一句地和我聊着：

“妈，我今天感觉特别不舒服。”​

“怎么了，孩子？”​

我不慌不忙地应着，但手里还在不停地忙碌着。

“你知道，这两年我是带班领导。”​

“嗯，你表现得很好啊！”​

“可是，我们每次开始工作前，总是要先把需要的工具准备好，依次排开，并且上报领导，经领导审批后，我们才能工作。”​

“好啊，电厂嘛，更要安全第一！”​

“这我们都知道，可是有时领导开会工作忙，等领导批阅后，我们才工作。经常下班时完不成任务，大家都必须加班。”​

“我知道，领导有时确实很忙!”​孩子接着说，“电厂工作，有时和你们一样，要做到超周备课，并且也要有领导通过。”

“是啊，不打无准备之仗!”​

“我们工作任务不同，但工作性质一样!”​

我们不一样，其实我们都一样!

We are different, but we are all the same

My son has worked in the Huayang Electritic Factory In Luoyang.

After he comes back, he often talks with me about new changes in the factory, and what he thinks about the work. I always listen to him silently.

One day, after my son came back in the evening, ,he talked to me as usual.

"Mom, today I am feeling very terrible."

"What's the matter? My baby."I answered.But I am still busy with my work.

"You see, I have been a leader these two years."

"En, well done!"

"You know, before  we start to work every time, we have to prepare for the tools needed.

and put them away one by one.What's more,we must report it to our master.We can't work until our master agree with me."

"OK! The Electric Factory,safety first!"

"We all know that.But sometimes the masters are having a meeting, sometimes they are very busy with other things.We won't be able to work until they pass it.As a result, we can't finish the work all the time when it is dark."My son said,"So everyone has to go on working.”

"I see.The masters are sometimes very busy really."

"So the work is the same as yours.You always need to prepare the-two-week's lessons before you begin the class."

"Yes.We can't fight without any preparations."

"We are all the same."My son said.

We are different, but we are all the same.
