喜欢猪肉独特的鲜甜味。而且特别喜欢吃肥瘦相间,吃起来更柔嫩可口。当柔嫩的五花肉遇上柔韧的金针菇,会碰撞出怎样的火花呢...今天鱼叔心血来潮试验一下金针菇猪肉卷。
原材料:
1)新鲜五花猪肉(牛肉也可)和金针菇

2)黑胡椒粉,黄油,盐,料酒
制作步骤:
1)将五花肉切成长薄窄条后,用黑胡椒粉,料酒,盐适量拌匀,放入冰箱腌制4小时左右
2)取一片肉片,把一小撮金针菇卷起来,用牙签固定

3)平底锅放入少量黄油,把猪肉金针菇卷直接放平底锅内煎制

4)煎至猪肉变色,再转另一下,均匀的把整个肉卷都煎透变色即可
