主料:白菜、牛肉、香菇
调料:姜末、生抽、蚝油、盐、胡椒粉、香油、淀粉

4.绞肉机内放入牛肉、香菇粒、姜末、胡椒粉、香菇水,打成馅。

5.馅内放盐、蚝油、生抽调味,搅打上劲。

6.案板上铺上一张白菜叶,放馅,包成卷。

7.全部包好后放在盘中。

8.蒸锅放水,水开后蒸10分钟。
9.蒸好后将白菜取出装盘,蒸盘里的水倒入锅中,水开后加入少许水淀粉,汤汁粘稠后加少量香油,搅匀淋到白菜卷上。
