When I ask about chicken soup in my supermarket they just give me this paste. Is there a real chicken soup I can get in China or do I have to make it myself?

It's not even made from chicken!

Well, actually western chicken soup isn't a thing in China. Even if you get a Chinese one in a restaurant, it could be like some broth or that with chicken dices.
