无情的时光总是不停流淌

Everything beautiful is always fleeting

Merciless time is always flowing

尽管你无数次邂逅在我的梦境

却以为这一生再难相逢

Even though I meet with you countless times in my dreams

But I reckon it is hard to meet again in my life

当“昨日重现”的旋律再次响起

像见到一个久无音讯的老友

When the melody “Yesterday Once More ”rings again

It seems that I have met an old friend not heard from for ages

尽管今日已经沧海桑田

我们竟然又意外重逢

Despite the vicissitudes of life

We today meet again unexpectedly

惊讶间不知你有没有发现——

尽管时光在你我的脸上刻下深深的印记

To my surprise, I wonder if you have found out—

Despite the deep imprint of time on your face and mine

我们青葱岁月的痕迹依然清晰可见

The traces of our green years are still visible

我们不用刻意掩饰重逢的惊喜

We don't have to hide the surprise of the reunion
