    Pure Pumpkin Cookies

    曲奇材料:

    Flour, All-purpose - 2 1/2 cups

    中筋面粉,两杯半

    Baking powder - 1 tsp.

    发酵粉,1茶匙

    Baking soda- 1 tsp.

    小苏打,1茶匙

    Ground cinnamon - 2 tsps.

    肉桂粉,2茶匙

    Ground nutmeg - 1/2 tsp.

    肉豆蔻粉,半茶匙

    Ground cloves - 1/2 tsp.

    丁香粉,半茶匙

    Salt - 1/2 tsp.

    盐,半茶匙

    Butter, softened - 1/2 cup

    软化黄油,半杯

    White sugar - 1 1/2 cups

    白糖,一杯半

    Pumpkin puree, canned - 1 cup

    南瓜泥,一杯

    Egg - 1

    鸡蛋,一只

    Vanilla extract- 1 tsp.

    香草精,一茶匙

    浆汁材料:

    Confectioners’ sugar - 2 cups

    细砂糖,两杯

    Milk - 3 tbs.

    牛奶,3汤匙

    Melted butter - 1 tbs.

    融化黄油,1汤匙

    Vanilla extract - 1 tsp.

    香草精,1茶匙

    步骤:

    At first, prepare your oven by preheating it in advance over 350 F temperature.

    首先,把烤箱温度提前调到175摄氏度预热。

    Take a medium container and add in baking powder, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda, salt, and ground cloves. Set the mixture aside.

    找一个容器,把发酵粉、面粉、肉桂粉、肉豆蔻粉、小苏打、盐以及丁香粉都混合起来,先放置一边。

    Take a medium bowl, add sugar and butter; cream it together. In the mixture of butter, mix in egg, pumpkin, and vanilla. Continue beating until becomes creamy. Now add in all dry ingredients into it. Spread it evenly over cookie sheet by tablespoonful; gradually flatten it.

    拿一只中碗,加入糖和黄油,搅打一下。再加入鸡蛋、南瓜泥和香草精,把这些材料一起搅打,直到变成奶油状,然后加入上面那些干佐料,搅拌一下,让佐料均匀分布在鸡蛋南瓜泥中,然后把这些混合物用勺子舀到曲奇模具里面,慢慢把表面弄平。

    Le it bake for about 20 minutes or so in the oven. Take out and cool down cookies. Now with the help of fork, drizzle glaze.

    让其大约烤20分钟,拿出来,放凉。浇上浆汁,就可以享用啦~

    For making of Glaze: Into a medium bowl, add in milk, confectioners’ sugar, vanilla (1tbs.), and melted butter (1 tbs.). Mix in more milk if needed, to get desired drizzling consistency.

    浆汁:拿一只中碗,加入牛奶、细砂糖、香草精、和融化的黄油,把这些混合好,根据你想要的稠度,也可以加入更多牛奶。
