今天早晨出门的时候，看到门口张贴了一张告示：由于检测线路故障，今天7:00-18:00停电，望周知。停电，怎么说？

Notice pasted on the door of our community said that:
There will be a power outage from 7am to 6pm today.
2、power failure 非人为因素，如大雨、雷电、故障
A power failure created emergency in traffic and transportation.
3、power cut 人为因素的切断电源供应
energy companies said a power cut had affected at least a million people across the country.
4、还有几种常用的表达：out of power\go off\be gone\blackout
We were suddenly out of power.
The electricity goes off/is gone suddenly.
Suddenly, there was a blackout.
5、节约用电 save the juice
6、手机没电或者死机怎么说？
The cell phone is out of juice/power/charge/battery.
或者说：My phone is dead.手机没电了，不是死机的意思哦
死机可以说， My phone is freeze. 我的手机死机了。
