元旦节做的那批租赁合同，审校稿返回来了。反响不太好，有低错、有表达不畅之处，最后说了一句鼓励的话，看得出来是有经验的，一定要仔细一点。这里原因、借口什么的都不辩解了，还是要吸取教训，接少量稿件，充分考虑到节假日受打扰、不自觉的因素。同时辅以教材学习，希望早日交付2.0版的稿件。
刚刚开始看这批稿件的第1篇文章（大概5K中文），现在总结一下自己不会用的表达，记下来，希望以后用得熟练。
1. 在下文中，甲方、乙方单独称为“一方”，合称为“双方”。
Party A and Party B are each referred to as "one Party" and collectively as "both Parties".
2. 此辖区非彼辖区
甲方同意根据乙方要求在辖区内投资建设厂房供乙方长期租赁。
in the area under its ownership 我直接翻成了 under jurisdiction，明显不对。

5. 前面已经明确定义，并大写粗体标注的术语，后文记得也用首字母大写，表示特定意义。
有一点不懂，我用主动的地方，译审改为了被动。中式英文之鉴上说，不要用无实义动词+关键动词的名词形式+名词结构，但是译审用了好基础。
比如 actively assist 改为 give active assistance
6. 租赁期满即合同终止，这里的terminate要用被动语态吗？我持怀疑态度。

这个句子是翻了教材之后翻出来的。还不能熟练运用，所以摘抄下来。

单独或部分行使本协议下的任何权利或索赔权不应妨碍将来行使该权利或索赔权，或行使任何其他权利或索赔权。
还有这一句。

还有这一句，盖章的译法，还不太熟练。
本协议自双方盖章并法定代表人签字（或委托代理人签字或盖法定代表人人名印章）之日生效。
This Agreement shall come into force upon being affixed with seals of both Parties and signed by their legal representatives (or signed by their entrusted agents or affixed with the name seals of their legal representatives).
后记：刚刚仔细看完这一篇的每一句话，应该就是前面两条是明显错误，其他地方大同小异。
想起之前高考考高分的同学提到的一个秘诀就是整理错题本，把做错的、理解有困难的、不熟悉的用法都整理出来，加强复习，慢慢地不懂的地方就会少一些。
