曾经的郑州，被称为“绿城”，而随着城市的高速发展，越来越多的高楼拔地而起，汽车保有量也不断攀升，而静态交通配套——城市公共停车场的配套建设却处于滞后状态，城市道路拥挤、停车难、停车乱……“绿城”已经变成了完完全全的“堵城”！面对日益突出的停车难问题，郑州也在积极寻找解决办法，开始鼓励民间资本进入地下空间开发。

Zhengzhou, capital city of China’s central province of He’nan, was once billed as “a green city”. Today the thriving city is seeing more high-rise buildings and increasing car ownership, with inadequate parking lots to accommodate, though. Congested road, awfully limited parking spaces and random, unregulated parking practices meanthat the provincial capital is virtually a “Traffic-jammed city”. Zhengzhou municipal government is working on this growing conundrum by starting to encourage private investment in underground space development.
