今天给大家做做甜酒圆子冲蛋~
甜酒是昨天在菜市买的两块钱一小袋,可以吃两餐 。圆子是今天早上起来亲手搓的,没难度就是得有点耐心~
需要准备的食材:甜酒 (缪糟)、红糖块、枸杞红枣适量、鸡蛋一个 糯米粉50g 加适量水 (水温大概在八十度吧 )
甜酒跟鸡蛋忘记拍了*^_^*

先来准备圆子 ,放入糯米粉50g加上三勺水 分开加,因为不同牌子吸水性不同~

搅成团,接着把糯米粉搓成条,用刮刀切小块,就可以搓成小圆子了。

搓好圆子后准备煮甜酒~ 鸡蛋打散 烧一碗米饭碗大小的烧开,放入枸杞 ,红糖块煮到糖化,在切入红枣煮两分钟,再加入一勺甜酒

让甜酒沸腾之后紧接着放鸡蛋 筷子在锅里搅,关火。在放半勺甜酒搅在一起。(我是用瓦煲锅煮的味道很香)
