离开南京转战蚌埠,蚌埠地处中国南北地理分界线秦岭淮河一线,位于淮河中游,京沪铁路和淮南铁路交汇点,同时也是京沪高铁和京福高铁的交汇点;历史上是重要的军事要地,同时也是重要交通枢纽。
烧饼夹里脊——绝对是蚌埠最传统的百姓美食,街头巷尾到处都是,是由烧饼、里脊肉、酱料等组成,烧饼为烘箱烧饼或烘油桶烧饼(外地的多为白发面饼或油酥烧饼),里脊为竹签穿起的腌制里脊片,于油锅中现炸现夹,而且必过蚝油,酱料看似毫不起眼,实际是有讲究的,一辣一甜,除这二味外最大的特色就是重重的咸味,最正宗的味道为甜咸辣三味,最原始的口味还要另加醋,但现在已经很少添加,再将一个烧饼对折里面夹里脊制成;

冰酒酿——蚌埠街头夏季饮品(做法见图),这个本人大爱,个人觉得里面赤豆极为出彩,甜而不烂,个个有嚼头,同时冲淡米酒味,糯米酒香中带赤豆甜味,配上烧饼夹里脊简直是绝配;

雪园小吃——最有名的是酒酿汤圆,是蚌埠的老字号,已列入蚌埠市非文化遗产,有芝麻、山楂、桂花、豆沙这几种味道,点了芝麻、山楂二种,个人觉得芝麻更棒些,山楂味偏甜且馅都为汤汁状 ,外皮口滑而不腻、糯不粘牙,酒酿参着桂花,甜味适中不腻,确实不错,锅贴就一般了,不建议尝试!
