From my perspective, affixation is the key to decipher codes of words like the skill of a spy. Unveiling the affixation and memorizing its function,we can not only guess unknown words，but also create a new one.Wasn't it exhilariting and charming ? What's more,the words inclines to cling to other words to form a new one. If we see through this magic and grasp the true meaning of the words like Having Sherlock Holmes' outstanding skills and machine-like brain.
Secondly, the pragmatic meaning of the word is favorable when we turn to pratical account,such as reading a original English book. Everyone can know the linguistic meaning if he learned the language，but only the one who has immersed in the context and has a sensitive heart can know the true feelings and emotions hid in words and strike the same cord with the aforesaid. The pragmatic meaning has its subjective experientially an this characteristic can apply to the impact of Chinese famous poems towards Chinese cognition. For example， the "moon" presents the longing for homeland and for family's reunion. The poem the Longing in a Quiet Night by Libai is so household that when we see the moon，we will unconsciously recite this famous poem.
