1.将目鱼蛋洗净,拉去外层黑膜

4.润锅后留底油加葱结姜块煸香,将葱结姜块丢掉

6.锅内加鸡汤(教学用水),倒入目鱼蛋,调味,加料酒,盐,胡椒粉加水调稀加入,味精少许

7.锅内倒入香醋,勾芡后撇去浮沫,打入适量三合油,倒入盘中,最后将香菜末放一边(不要散开)成菜即可
