刚刚看的TED,觉得有必要记录一下,说得是影响意志力的五大心理因素。
1. Chunking(分割法)---- Break up your big goals into tiny tasks.
2. Increasing your confidence----Believe that you can accomplish goals.
3. Change view of willpower---- I can tap into more of my unlimited willpower by studying/practicing.
4. Change identity----Easier to quit something if you don't identify as a user.
5. More high-level thinking----Why are you trying to stick to this keystone habit?
