You should not look down upon yourself excessively, or cite improper examples, so as to block the way for honest advice and remonstrance.
The palace and the court in the original are a whole, so reward and punishment ,praise and blame, should not be different. If there are people against laws and people who are faithful in doing good deeds, they should be handed over to the competent officials for evaluation and award, so as to show your majesty's fair and strict governance, without favoritism or selfishness, which will show that the methods of reward and punishment in the palace and the court are different.
Assistant ministers such as Guo youzhi, Fei yi, Fong yun and others, are all good and honest people.Their ambition and mind are very loyal , so the first emperor selected them out to assist your majesty. I believe that if we ask them about any matter, big or small, and then carry it out, we will surely make up for our shortcomings and omissions, and we will gain a lot of benefits.

I believe that by consulting him on all military matters, the army will be united, and men of different abilities will find their place.
Being close to the sages and alienated from the villain is the reason why the Western han dynasty flourished; The reason why the Eastern Han dynasty declined was to get close to the villains and alienate the wise ministers. In his lifetime, the first emperor never talked to me about these things without feeling sorry for the actions of Huan and Ling. All the people above are loyal and honest, and can serve their country with death. I hope your majesty can get close to them and trust them. Then the revival of the Han dynasty will come soon.
I was originally a common man, in Nanyang farming by myself.I just want to survive in the troubled times, and do not expect to make a name among the princes.
