Denuclearization on agenda(去核进入议事日程) at upcoming inter-Korean summit
The denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula and the defused military tension(军事对立减轻) between the two Koreas would be on the main dialogue agenda for the upcoming summit between President of the Republic of Korea Moon Jae-in and top leader of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) Kim Jong-un.
Moon has arrived at the Pyongyang International Airport on Tuesday morning and be greeted by a welcoming ceremony at the airport.

Moon and Kim met in Panmunjom on April 27 for the first time for the third inter-Korean summit since 2000, signing the Panmunjom Declaration in which the two sides agreed to improve inter-Korean relations, ease(减缓) military tensions and completely denuclearize the Korean Peninsula.
The declaration carries three main themes: the establishment of a peace regime, efforts to ease military tensions and co-prosperity(共同繁荣) and unification of the two Koreas.
At the summit, they agreed to actively push for(推动) talks involving ROK, the DPRK, China and the United States, to establish a permanent peace regime by turning the current armistice(停战) agreement into a peace treaty and declaring an end to the 1950-1953 Korean War in the year 2018, marking the 65th anniversary of the signing of the armistice agreement.
Moon and Kim also agreed to transform the demilitarized zone into a peace zone and the west sea border area into a maritime peace zone.
Moon and Kim held their second summit in Panmunjom(板门店宣言) on May 26.
The two leaders made "in-depth exchanges of opinions to tackle the matters which should be resolved to quickly carry out the Panmunjom Declaration" signed on April 27 to realize denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula and achieve regional peace, stability and prosperity, according to Korean Central News Agency.
They also talked about "matters the north and the south are now faced with, and successfully holding the DPRK-US summit," it reported.
Moon wrote on the visitors' book of the Thongil House in commemoration of(纪念) his visit to the north said area: "Peace and Prosperity for the Korean Peninsula, together with Chairman Kim Jong-un of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea."
