    11 Be an elegant lady in her late twenties

    1.1 Learn how to sit, walk, stand and talk in an elegant way

    1.2 Maintain eye contact with people sincerely

    1.3 Always keep a natural and friendly expression

    1.4 Stay calm and clear headed in any urgent situation

    1.5 Do not act or talk aggressively

    12 Keep reading for 2h every day and listening to English for 3h

    1.1 Snail reading for 60 mins to earn a shell each day

    1.2 One hour for English book reading, 15 mins  after  getting up, 15mins at 11:30, 30mins before bed

    1.3 15mins for English radio at 5:45 and 22:15

    1.4 1h for English songs, 30mins from 6:30-7:00, 20mins from 20:00-20:20, 10mins from 22:00-22:10

    1.5 One hour and a half for whatever I like in English, 30mins from 7:50-8:20, 30mins from 12:50-13:20, 30mins from 16:50-17:20

    13 Get up at 5:30 and sleep at 10:30

    1.3 Aware of the urgent demand to improve my EQ, and follow something practical recommended in books

    1.4 Keep telling myself that bad things do not even deserve my reaction

    16 Find a better job

    1.1 Focus on developing my working skill as a professional sales in foreign trade during my last period in the company

    1.2 Pay attention to the position available on recruitment network

    1.3 Write letters to the HR showing how you match with the job offered

    1.4 Update and polish my CV

    1.5 Learn something new or improve something mentioned in the job requirements

    17 Train my dog Teddy into a talented pet

    1.1 Walk the dog twice a week

    1.2 Train it to finish basic motion like sitting down, shaking hand, laying down and turning around

    1.3 Watch Douyin videos on pets and see how the keepers train the dogs and cats and get to know how to make my dog obedient

    18 Stay healthy and energetic

    1.1 Think about the happy thought no matter what happens

    1.2 Practice smiling in front of mirror and feel good about self

    1.3 Learn the taping therapy and get the anxiety and frustration inside removed

    1.4 Do facial massage, foot massage and acupoint massage

    1.5 Refresh by enjoying high quality time alone

    19 Have a face 10 years younger than actual age

    1.1 Get rid of pimples

    1.2 Warm up both hands for facial massage for more than five times a day

    1.4 Figure out the reasons behind procrastination and find the solution
