如何做着让人烦躁的事却不心生厌倦

HOW TO DO SOMETHING UNPLEASANT BUT NOT TO GET TIRED OF IT

I am in a hurry and tasks seem to get my time full occupied, but I am busy with nothing accomplished. This might be the reason behind my exhaustion.

I find that what needs to be done is left undone. And this is what exactly eats me up. Admittedly, I am panic when the day passed me by before I realize that another day is gone and I am still tired the way I was yesterday, struggling in the same dilemma.

The dilemma is all about tiredness caused by the future unknown, situations beyond expectation, lack of sense of control on what's going on, unwilling to let go of something you fail to settle with conditions limited at the moment and without response from people relevant.

The sense of fatigue and frustration keep piling up. And every time when things get suffocated for me, my head keeps spinning, my eyes keep blurring, and there is a shut down in my brain, a break down in my mind. And I know that I can move nowhere no matter how hard I try.

It is doomed that things unpleasant may find their way to us. And it is wise to accept that it is OK for them to get to us sometime. Take a break before they break us down. And figure out how do deal with things without losing temper or feeling exhausted after rest.

Find the right way to do something

If you are tired, you are not doing something in its appropriate way. At least, you could have a better way to handle it without feeling tired the way you are now.

Find the right time, I mean, if you are full of energy, high in spirit, efficient in action, swift in reaction in certain period of a day, get the hard things settled in this period. Do not challenge your energy to try to finish things when you are feeling low, feeling annoyed, or felling exhausted. Take one or two minutes from your unpleasant moment for self refreshment then come back with a brand new condition.

Find the right pace. When you catch up with your rhythm to do the tasks, you may find it is easy to keep holding on to it, and you do not require much effort or energy to move along. All seem to be within your grip, and things seem to take care of themselves in the name of inertia force. You move forward as if there were something behind giving you the push you need. You get a river flowing in you guiding your action ahead.

Find the right condition. If you don't feel like doing anything or you fail to concentrate on what you are doing, quit where you are. Once you are not in the condition to do something, you waste every bit of energy, time and patience you are trying to spend. Quitting does not mean you keep standing still until you recover from the exhaustion or negative emotion. You need to march forward by making a reconciliation with your bad mood and accept the chaotic situation as it is. Acceptance is the open minded attitude you can have toward something unpleasant. Do not try to deny or struggle against the fact that something bad happens, since it is a waste of energy meaninglessly. However, taking it as it is may be the start of alteration and improvement.

Find the creative way to do something

You feel that nothing could get in your way and you are in charge of something when you have your own way to deal with it.

You can mark down everything making you uncomfortable, unpleasant and uneasy since your mind may ease a little bit when you find an outlet by even noting it down. Mark down things to do when they crowd into your schedule since you could leave out all the rest once you have them on your notebook and focus just one thing at a time to be more concentrated and safe more energy. Mark down what you are waiting for feedback and reply from others to take action or make decision, so you can move along without caring for the things pending.

Find your way to make adjustment when you see things could not keep going like this or it should be a better way far away from where you get trapped now. Find your way to refresh yourself when you are tired of what you are doing, numb with what's going around, and too upset to take any step further.

Find the relaxing way to do something

Make things easy to yourself and take them easy. You should simplify the process by taking away the worry for uncertainty, and removing the negative feeling brought by the unexpected situation happened. Squeeze all the feelings doom and gloom and keep going with a heart delighted. One thing at a time, or you may have none of the birds if you try to catch them at a time. Make instruction neat and concise enough to follow focusing on single point at a time. You are not so tired if you are exposed to each tiny task at a time instead of knowing large quantity of things undone which is horrible enough to shock you.

Find the efficient way to do something

Figure out your efficient ways to get things accomplished by encouraging yourself what efficiency may bring you if you improve your methods along the way. The best encouragement may be your eagerness to lessen the time you spend on things unpleasant and spare more moments for things enjoyable.
