I am in a hurry and tasks seem to get my time full occupied, but I am busy with nothing accomplished. This might be the reason behind my exhaustion.
I find that what needs to be done is left undone. And this is what exactly eats me up. Admittedly, I am panic when the day passed me by before I realize that another day is gone and I am still tired the way I was yesterday, struggling in the same dilemma.

Do not try to deny or struggle against the fact that something bad happens, since it is a waste of energy meaninglessly. However, taking it as it is may be the start of alteration and improvement.

Find your way to refresh yourself when you are tired of what you are doing, numb with what's going around, and too upset to take any step further.
