食材表:
炼乳8g、白砂糖10g、糯米粉200g、开水140g、芝士碎适量
制作方法:
1、大碗中倒入糯米粉,加入白糖、炼乳,边搅拌边倒入开水,然后揉成不软不硬的面团

2、取一小团大概30克,揉成球,然后在中间按成一个小窝,再捏成小碗状

3、把芝士舀进去,用虎口辅助慢慢向上推,收口收紧,然后再把封口处按回去

4、整理成长方形

5、锅里面放一点黄油融化,把年糕放进去煎,火候开大一点,迅速把年糕的四周表层煎至金黄
