意大利熏火腿烤无花果

The ham and fruit are a perfect balance of salty and sweet, and a sip of champagne complements the flavors perfectly.

材料:

40 small fresh Mission figs

40个小的新鲜的无花果

4 ounces manchego cheese or blue cheese

大约113克曼彻格乳酪,或者蓝纹奶酪

20 slices prosciutto, halved lengthwise

20片意大利熏火腿,纵切两半

⅓ cup honey

1/3杯蜂蜜

Freshly ground black pepper

新鲜磨碎的黑胡椒

步骤:

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Make a small slit in the side of each fig and stuff a raisin-size piece of cheese in the opening. Wrap a piece of prosciutto around each fig to enclose it in a little cocoon. Stand the figs on a sheet pan. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes so the prosciutto melts slightly and forms a skin around the figs. Drizzle with honey and season with lots of ground black pepper. These are terrific hot or at room temp.

预热烤箱大约204摄氏度,在无花果上开一个小口子,把葡萄干大小的一块奶酪塞进去。把一片意大利熏火腿裹在无花果外面,然后把无花果立在烤盘上,烤大约12-15分钟后,火腿就慢慢融化且形成了无花果的新皮肤。淋上蜂蜜佐上黑胡椒就可以开吃啦~注意,刚出炉的很烫哦~
