    《路加福音》16章

    耶稣又对门徒说:“有一个财主的管家,别人向他主人告他浪费主人的财物。  (路加福音 16:1 和合本)

    Jesus told his disciples: “There was a rich man whose manager was accused of wasting his possessions. (Luke 16:1 NIV)

    主人叫他来,对他说:‘我听见你这事怎么样呢?把你所经管的交代明白,因你不能再作我的管家。’  (路加福音 16:2 和合本)

    So he called him in and asked him, ‘What is this I hear about you? Give an account of your management, because you cannot be manager any longer.’ (Luke 16:2 NIV)

    那管家心里说:‘主人辞我,不用我再作管家,我将来做什么?锄地呢?无力;讨饭呢?怕羞。  (路加福音 16:3 和合本)

    “The manager said to himself, ‘What shall I do now? My master is taking away my job. I’m not strong enough to dig, and I’m ashamed to beg— (Luke 16:3 NIV)

    我知道怎么行,好叫人在我不作管家之后,接我到他们家里去。’  (路加福音 16:4 和合本)

    I know what I’ll do so that, when I lose my job here, people will welcome me into their houses.’ (Luke 16:4 NIV)

    “So he called in each one of his master’s debtors. He asked the first, ‘How much do you owe my master?’ (Luke 16:5 NIV)

    “ ‘Nine hundred gallons of olive oil,’ he replied. “The manager told him, ‘Take your bill, sit down quickly, and make it four hundred and fifty.’ (Luke 16:6 NIV)

    “Then he asked the second, ‘And how much do you owe?’ “ ‘A thousand bushels of wheat,’ he replied. “He told him, ‘Take your bill and make it eight hundred.’ (Luke 16:7 NIV)

    主人就夸奖这不义的管家做事聪明;因为今世之子,在世事之上,较比光明之子更加聪明。  (路加福音 16:8 和合本)

    “The master commended the dishonest manager because he had acted shrewdly. For the people of this world are more shrewd in dealing with their own kind than are the people of the light. (Luke 16:8 NIV)

    我又告诉你们,要藉着那不义的钱财结交朋友,到了钱财无用的时候,他们可以接你们到永存的帐幕里去。  (路加福音 16:9 和合本)

    I tell you, use worldly wealth to gain friends for yourselves, so that when it is gone, you will be welcomed into eternal dwellings. (Luke 16:9 NIV)

    人在最小的事上忠心,在大事上也忠心;在最小的事上不义,在大事上也不义。  (路加福音 16:10 和合本)

    “Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much, and whoever is dishonest with very little will also be dishonest with much. (Luke 16:10 NIV)

    倘若你们在不义的钱财上不忠心,谁还把那真实的钱财托付你们呢?  (路加福音 16:11 和合本)

    So if you have not been trustworthy in handling worldly wealth, who will trust you with true riches? (Luke 16:11 NIV)

    倘若你们在别人的东西上不忠心,谁还把你们自己的东西给你们呢?  (路加福音 16:12 和合本)

    And if you have not been trustworthy with someone else’s property, who will give you property of your own? (Luke 16:12 NIV)

    一个仆人不能侍奉两个主;不是恶这个爱那个,就是重这个轻那个。你们不能又侍奉 神,又侍奉玛门。” (路加福音 16:13 和合本)

    “No one can serve two masters. Either you will hate the one and love the other, or you will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money.” (Luke 16:13 NIV)

    The Pharisees, who loved money, heard all this and were sneering at Jesus.  (Luke 16:14 NIV)

    It is easier for heaven and earth to disappear than for the least stroke of a pen to drop out of the Law. (Luke 16:17 NIV)

    “Anyone who divorces his wife and marries another woman commits adultery, and the man who marries a divorced woman commits adultery. (Luke 16:18 NIV)

    “There was a rich man who was dressed in purple and fine linen and lived in luxury every day. (Luke 16:19 NIV)

    At his gate was laid a beggar named Lazarus, covered with sores (Luke 16:20 NIV)

    要得财主桌子上掉下来的零碎充饥,并且狗来舔他的疮。  (路加福音 16:21 和合本)

    and longing to eat what fell from the rich man’s table. Even the dogs came and licked his sores. (Luke 16:21 NIV)

    “The time came when the beggar died and the angels carried him to Abraham’s side. The rich man also died and was buried. (Luke 16:22 NIV)

    In Hades, where he was in torment, he looked up and saw Abraham far away, with Lazarus by his side. (Luke 16:23 NIV)

    So he called to him, ‘Father Abraham, have pity on me and send Lazarus to dip the tip of his finger in water and cool my tongue, because I am in agony in this fire.’ (Luke 16:24 NIV)

    “But Abraham replied, ‘Son, remember that in your lifetime you received your good things, while Lazarus received bad things, but now he is comforted here and you are in agony. (Luke 16:25 NIV)

    And besides all this, between us and you a great chasm has been set in place, so that those who want to go from here to you cannot, nor can anyone cross over from there to us.’ (Luke 16:26 NIV)

    “He answered, ‘Then I beg you, father, send Lazarus to my family, (Luke 16:27 NIV)

    for I have five brothers. Let him warn them, so that they will not also come to this place of torment.’ (Luke 16:28 NIV)

    “ ‘No, father Abraham,’ he said, ‘but if someone from the dead goes to them, they will repent.’ (Luke 16:30 NIV)

    “He said to him, ‘If they do not listen to Moses and the Prophets, they will not be convinced even if someone rises from the dead.’ ” (Luke 16:31 NIV)

    Jesus said to his disciples: “Things that cause people to stumble are bound to come, but woe to anyone through whom they come. (Luke 17:1 NIV)

    就是把磨石拴在这人的颈项上,丢在海里,还强如他把这小子里的一个绊倒了。  (路加福音 17:2 和合本)

    It would be better for them to be thrown into the sea with a millstone tied around their neck than to cause one of these little ones to stumble. (Luke 17:2 NIV)

    你们要谨慎!若是你的弟兄得罪你,就劝戒他;他若懊悔,就饶恕他。  (路加福音 17:3 和合本)

    So watch yourselves. “If your brother or sister sins against you, rebuke them; and if they repent, forgive them. (Luke 17:3 NIV)

    倘若他一天七次得罪你,又七次回转,说:‘我懊悔了’,你总要饶恕他。” (路加福音 17:4 和合本)

    Even if they sin against you seven times in a day and seven times come back to you saying ‘I repent,’ you must forgive them.” (Luke 17:4 NIV)

    使徒对主说:“求主加增我们的信心。”  (路加福音 17:5 和合本)

    The apostles said to the Lord, “Increase our faith!”  (Luke 17:5 NIV)

    主说:“你们若有信心像一粒芥菜种,就是对这棵桑树说:‘你要拔起根来,栽在海里’,它也必听从你们。  (路加福音 17:6 和合本)

    He replied, “If you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mulberry tree, ‘Be uprooted and planted in the sea,’ and it will obey you. (Luke 17:6 NIV)

    你们谁有仆人耕地或是放羊,从田里回来,就对他说:‘你快来坐下吃饭’呢?  (路加福音 17:7 和合本)

    “Suppose one of you has a servant plowing or looking after the sheep. Will he say to the servant when he comes in from the field, ‘Come along now and sit down to eat’? (Luke 17:7 NIV)

    岂不对他说:‘你给我预备晚饭,束上带子伺候我,等我吃喝完了,你才可以吃喝’吗?  (路加福音 17:8 和合本)

    Won’t he rather say, ‘Prepare my supper, get yourself ready and wait on me while I eat and drink; after that you may eat and drink’? (Luke 17:8 NIV)

    Will he thank the servant because he did what he was told to do? (Luke 17:9 NIV)

    As he was going into a village, ten men who had leprosy met him. They stood at a distance  (Luke 17:12 NIV)

    When he saw them, he said, “Go, show yourselves to the priests.”And as they went, they were cleansed.  (Luke 17:14 NIV)

    One of them, when he saw he was healed, came back, praising God in a loud voice.  (Luke 17:15 NIV)

    He threw himself at Jesus’ feet and thanked him—and he was a Samaritan.  (Luke 17:16 NIV)

    Jesus asked, “Were not all ten cleansed? Where are the other nine? (Luke 17:17 NIV)

    Has no one returned to give praise to God except this foreigner?” (Luke 17:18 NIV)

    就对那人说:“起来,走吧!你的信救了你了。” (路加福音 17:19 和合本)

    Then he said to him, “Rise and go; your faith has made you well.” (Luke 17:19 NIV)

    法利赛人问:“ 神的国几时来到?”耶稣回答说:“ 神的国来到不是眼所能见的。  (路加福音 17:20 和合本)

    Once, on being asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God would come, Jesus replied, “The coming of the kingdom of God is not something that can be observed, (Luke 17:20 NIV)

    人也不得说:‘看哪,在这里!看哪,在那里!’因为 神的国就在你们心里(心里:或译中间) 。”  (路加福音 17:21 和合本)

    nor will people say, ‘Here it is,’ or ‘There it is,’ because the kingdom of God is in your midst.”  (Luke 17:21 NIV)

    他又对门徒说:“日子将到,你们巴不得看见人子的一个日子,却不得看见。  (路加福音 17:22 和合本)

    Then he said to his disciples, “The time is coming when you will long to see one of the days of the Son of Man, but you will not see it. (Luke 17:22 NIV)

    人将要对你们说:‘看哪,在那里!看哪,在这里!’你们不要出去,也不要跟随他们!  (路加福音 17:23 和合本)

    People will tell you, ‘There he is!’ or ‘Here he is!’ Do not go running off after them. (Luke 17:23 NIV)

    因为人子在他降临的日子,好像闪电从天这边一闪直照到天那边。  (路加福音 17:24 和合本)

    For the Son of Man in his day will be like the lightning, which flashes and lights up the sky from one end to the other. (Luke 17:24 NIV)

    But first he must suffer many things and be rejected by this generation. (Luke 17:25 NIV)

    “Just as it was in the days of Noah, so also will it be in the days of the Son of Man. (Luke 17:26 NIV)

    那时候的人又吃又喝,又娶又嫁,到挪亚进方舟的那日,洪水就来,把他们全都灭了。  (路加福音 17:27 和合本)

    People were eating, drinking, marrying and being given in marriage up to the day Noah entered the ark. Then the flood came and destroyed them all. (Luke 17:27 NIV)

    又好像罗得的日子;人又吃又喝,又买又卖,又耕种又盖造。  (路加福音 17:28 和合本)

    “It was the same in the days of Lot. People were eating and drinking, buying and selling, planting and building. (Luke 17:28 NIV)

    到罗得出所多玛的那日,就有火与硫磺从天上降下来,把他们全都灭了。  (路加福音 17:29 和合本)

    But the day Lot left Sodom, fire and sulfur rained down from heaven and destroyed them all. (Luke 17:29 NIV)

    “It will be just like this on the day the Son of Man is revealed. (Luke 17:30 NIV)

    On that day no one who is on the housetop, with possessions inside, should go down to get them. Likewise, no one in the field should go back for anything. (Luke 17:31 NIV)
