Ambition and action
There is a famous English saying which says: Action speaks louder than words.
An ambitious attitude is very important and it can lead you to success and satisfaction. But is it itself enough? You need two other factors: a little bit talent and the most important---actions. There are many cases or role models which can prove that.
Ma Yun has ambition and also is talented. But he never gave up through so many hardships and difficulties and finally achieved the success for Alibaba Group and so many Chinese people and people around the world are benefiting from that.
Also Liu Qiangdong spent 15 years to achieve success for JD Group, and more and more cases can prove that.
So do you want to be successful? Have ambition, be talented just a little bit, but more importantly, take actions. That is the most important.
