原文：以道佐人主者，不以兵强天下，其事好还。师之所处，荆棘生焉。大军之后，必有凶年。善有果而已，不敢以取强。果而勿矜，果而勿伐，果而勿骄，果而不得已，果而勿强。物壮则老，是谓不道，不道早已。

翻译：Those who follow the divine law to serve the ruler

will not conquer the world by force.

Conquerors will be conquered in turn.

Where goes the army,

there grow briars and thorns.

After a great war

comes a year of famine.

It is better to achieve good results

than to conquer by force.

Good results never lead to self-conceit,

nor to vain glory,

nor to undue pride.

Good results are something unavoidable,

not achieved by force.

The prime is followed by decline,

or it is against the divine law.

What is against the divine law will end early.

我的读后感：不道早已。
