之前提到朋友和女友来上海买钻戒，我们几个人陪着他们在市中心逛了一整天，这家店就是当时去吃的其中一家。店面不算很大，除了吧台边上的五个高脚凳以外，店面内还有4张小桌子。
我们到的时候已经是下午两点，正是吃早午餐的好时候，所以店内的客人非常多。
Fomo Pancake is located on the ground floor of Ruian Square in Xintiandi, the central part of Shanghai. The shop is not very big. Apart from the five high stools beside the bar, there are four small tables in the shop.

我们来到点单处，发现菜单除了中英文以外还有日本标注。问了店员才知道，原来Fomo是日本的店，因为太火爆了分店开到了上海。

热饮：美式咖啡、拿铁咖啡、卡布奇诺、伯爵红茶

下单以后，服务生小姐姐说这里的舒芙蕾都是现做的，大致要等15分钟左右。刚好前面有一桌的客人吃完，我们就跑过去等位啦。
Fomo是开放式厨房，整体来看卫生状况很不错，很多电器都是日本的牌子。

忘了说了，因为刚喝过奶茶吃过午饭，我们五个人点了两份舒芙蕾。

阿玛菲柠檬塔 Amalfi Lemon Tart
细腻的奶油和酸甜的柠檬酱配上松软的舒芙蕾，口感非常清新爽口。对于不喜欢太甜口味又想要尝试甜品的人来说，这款无疑是最好的选择。

早安小小布蕾 Creme-a-lil-Brulee
舒芙蕾上的一层焦糖绝对是加分项，我和朋友的女友吃了以后直呼太幸福啦。边上配着的冰淇凌，恰到好处地中和掉一部分早安小小布蕾过于甜腻的部分。
草莓蓝莓酱酸甜的口感，也非常不错。
It is amazing that combines Souffle with caramel. The ice cream as well as the strawberry blueberry sauce is able to neutralize the overwhelming sweet taste of Creme-a-lil-Brulee.

综合点评：作为一家网红店，Fomo Pancake无论是人流、专业度还是口味上都是非常不错的。店内的座位不是很多，建议大家打包到别的店铺坐下来实用。分量不是特别大，但是女生的话建议两个人点一份。毕竟价格不是特别便宜，而且这一份的热量超高的。
