在家宅得无聊鼓捣个潮式菜头粿,白萝卜六斤,粘粉一斤,白萝卜擦丝下点盐揉搓一下让它出水,萝卜水盛一边待用,萝卜丝下点白糖一点盐(盐不能多)一点胡椒粉,然后下一斤粘粉下去搅拌均匀,萝卜丝和粘粉的比例是3:1,再下几十克玉米淀粉。我加了萝卜出的水下去,这样蒸出来比较有萝卜的味道。然后把原材料装入锡纸盒,太多我分成两个容器装。上锅蒸55分钟就熟了,摊凉脱模切片下锅煎到金黄色,蘸上潮州的特色蒜泥白醋,外焦里嫩味道很特别。潮式的萝卜糕萝卜丝是不用炒熟的,很多人喜欢也可以加香菇虾米芹菜什么的,我个人喜欢原汁原味。
