做法:1、备料:鸡腿1个,鸡蛋1个,青椒1个,蒜3瓣,姜1块,干辣椒5个,生抽1勺,淀粉适量,蚝油些许,料酒1勺,鸡蛋清1个,食盐适量,白砂糖少许;
2、鸡腿肉剃掉骨头;

3、鸡腿肉去皮切丁;

4、鸡丁倒入料酒,蛋清,食盐,淀粉搅拌均匀,腌制20分钟;

6、起锅热油,倒入姜蒜小米椒爆香,接着倒入鸡丁大火翻炒至变色;

7、倒入青椒片翻炒片刻,加入食盐,蚝油,生抽,白砂糖调味,翻炒均匀即可出锅。
