首先,把香菜放进开水里烫一下出锅就是一道美食,这个做法很多人都没见过,也没有吃过,把香菜烫30秒捞出,放入冷水中过凉,这样香菜才不会变色,在用力的挤干水分,然后切碎。
准备五块钱的肉末,放葱花、盐、鸡精、胡椒粉、一个蛋液和一勺红薯淀粉,再一起抓拌入味,然后倒入香菜,继续搅拌均匀。
盘底放少许淀粉,再用你的左手挤出丸子,再轻轻的放入盘中,再撒上少许干淀粉,给它摇晃均匀,防止粘连。
