家人送了一大袋板栗,想着趁新鲜烤了吃。于是,我那闲置很久的烤箱,也终于派上了用场。
做法十分简单:
1.洗净晾干的板栗,切口,涂油,放入铺了锡纸的托盘备烤;

想学我偷懒的话,可以像这样把板栗装入保鲜袋,倒入食用油,摇晃抖动几下,就可以完成均匀涂抹了。

2.烤箱200度预热8分钟,同时开始准备白砂糖化糖水。

化糖水时可将水杯放置于烤箱上方,利用烤箱外壳的余热来化糖水,方便快捷。

3.烤箱预热后,放入铺满板栗的托盘于烤箱中层,继续200度烤18分钟,之后取出托盘给板栗刷上糖水,继续烤约4分钟。

4.烤完,取出晾凉片刻,即可享用。

出炉时盘里的黑色颗粒,是由于有一颗板栗没留意切口,在烤箱里自爆了。所以,板栗烤前千万要切口啊!
