制作方法:
1、牛肉馅放入碗中,加入料酒、生抽、柠檬汁、香油、蒸鱼豉油、白胡椒粉、五香粉、洋葱粉、鸡精、糖、盐,搅匀

2、葱花切碎,放到牛肉馅中,搅匀

3、适当的可以往肉馅里放一点鸡汤,让肉馅稀一些,搅拌均匀

4、案板上倒一点点油,将解冻过的手抓饼放在案板上,从中间分成两半

5、将牛肉酱放在手抓饼上面,包起来,然后擀成薄饼状,擀得时候肉馅可能会挤出来,这没有关系

6、空气炸锅炸篮中抹上一点食用油防粘,把做好的锅盔逐个的放进去
