当初 我的视野何其局限，
自以为是地评判生命中的人和事。
不经意间 那生活的重重磨难转变了我。
如若不然，我永远不会明白：
每一次经历都是成长良机，
因而学到此生必修的功课。
而今 我不断提醒自己：
放下评判。
人人都值得被爱 而非评判。

Today I Will Judge Nothing That Occurs
Not recognizing how limited was my vision. I thought it possible to pass judgment on the people and events in my life. Yet many of the experiences that I have perceived as difficult or disastrous have provided me with major opportunities to shift my perception. Without these challenges, I could never see that each one gives me another chance to learn the very lessons that I most need.
Today, I will view without judgment everything that occurs, and I will remind myself frequently: everyone exists with me, to be loved, not judged.
