很久没吃肉包子了,今天特别想吃,本来打算去买两个吃就算了,后来想了想,还是自己做吧!还可以多做些,放冰箱冷藏,想吃的时候拿出来蒸热就可以了
买了一斤的猪肉,剁碎,加盐搅拌上劲,再加入提前泡好的葱姜水搅拌(一斤猪肉,二两葱姜水)分三次加入搅拌,让肉馅充分的吸收水份,这样做出来的馅才会多汁,嫩滑。最后加入生抽,蚝油,白糖,胡椒粉,一点点玉米淀粉,还有一点老抽上色。调好的馅再加葱花,搅拌均匀,盖上保鲜膜放冰箱冷藏半个小时

面醒好,倒在案板上揉搓排气,分成10等分小剂子,擀面杖擀成中间厚,外面薄的面片,包入肉馅,捏成型,放蒸笼上二次醒发15分钟,开火蒸20分钟,关火闷5分钟再开盖。香喷喷的的肉包子就做好了
