各国的青年如能有足够的交流途径来促进互相间的理解，那么世界的和平发展就有了充分的保证。

Today I would like to talk about the relationship between youth and the world. Youth are the future of a country and nation, and the major force in promoting world peace and development.
They are active, aspirant and curious about the new things. The strong desire for knowledge pushes them to learn what is in/learn about the world.
If the youth of all countries have enough exchange channels to promote mutual understanding, world peace and development will be ensured.
I sincerely hope that all the young friends from different parts of the world present today can share their views freely, pass on their experiences so as to promote the cause of unity and friendship among youth in the world.

Today,I'd like to focus on the development of our legal system. Our legal construction has been conducted in accordance with the characteristics of China.
30多年来，中国为了促进改革开放和现代化建设，在坚持经济体制改革的同时，也进行了政治体制改革和法制建设，并取得了巨大成就。
For over 30 years, in order to facilitate our reform and opening up and modernization construction, we have carried out political reform and legal construction / the construction of legal systems along with economic reform, and have made great progress.
