我翻译的《道德经》第三十二章（2）
原文:
天地相合，以降甘露，民莫之令而自均。
译文:
领导者若能按照道的原则做事，天地会风调雨顺，降下甘露滋润大地。当领导者把心思摆正了，被管理者不需要被命令就会安宁下来各守其位。
我的翻译:
When heaven and earth are harmonious,the
wind and rain will come in their time.
When leaders and subordinate are
harmonious,the subordinate will work
in their places.
