If there is a person in our school or somewhere really close to our school, we go on the carpet and be quiet, our teacher closes the door, covers the windows, and turns off the lights and computers. And then our teacher sits with us until the code red is over.
If the code red is real, you might have to stay on the carpet and be quiet for one hour.
If it is real, the teachers and the principal have a plan to take us to the building beside our school, and the principal is the last one to go out of the school and to the building beside our school. He needs to check if the school is empty and there is no people in each classroom and in the washroom and in the school. If there is a person in the school, he brings the person to the building beside our school.
If the code red is just a practice, it might be 1-6 minutes long. Our principal comes around the school and sees if the doors are locked. And then he goes back to his office and announces on the PC the code red is over, you can go back to what you were doing.
