食材表:
杏鲍菇2个、鱼露2茶匙、鸡汤3汤匙、蒜粉2茶匙、洋葱粉2茶匙、鸡精1茶匙、甜椒粉半茶匙、白胡椒半茶匙、五香粉1/4茶匙、地瓜粉
制作方法:
1、将杏鲍菇切块,备用

2、碗中放入鱼露、鸡汤,摇晃均匀

3、将切好的杏鲍菇放入碗中,搅拌均匀,让所有的杏鲍菇都粘到汁

4、碗中放入蒜粉、洋葱粉、鸡精、甜椒粉、白胡椒、五香粉,搅拌均匀,然后撒到杏鲍菇上面,拌匀,腌制五分钟左右

5、杏鲍菇腌好后放入锅中,撒上一层地瓜粉,颠锅,让杏鲍菇上面挂上地瓜粉,然后放置五分钟,让杏鲍菇的水分反潮,把表面的粉抓得更牢

6、空气炸锅用200分钟的温度预热五分钟,然后喷上一层食用油,将杏鲍菇放入空气炸锅中,放置的时候尽量让杏鲍菇不不要粘连在一起,杏鲍菇表面也喷上一层食用油,200摄氏度烤10分钟

7、十分钟以后取出,摇晃均匀,尽量让杏鲍菇都散开,然后再喷一次油,200度的温度再炸五分钟
