每次开始准备第一顿饭菜的准备时,同样要准备第二天的肉菜腌制,否则开饭之际再处理,真的特别心累。
这次做的是盐焗鸡,提前把它腌制再无水焗熟,冷却后放冰箱冷藏,第二天拿出来大火蒸,再直接撕,把肉和骨头分开,肉尽量撕碎点,毕竟有两个小朋友要吃。
食盘分装,放了肉、馒头,还有简单做的鸡蛋火腿粒拌饭,再配一杯水蜜桃果汁,嗯,可以了。鸡蛋火腿拌饭是没办法做的,小朋友不爱吃白米饭,喜欢有味道的米饭,我需要挖空心思做各种食材搭配在一起的米饭,有时就捏捏做成饭团,这样多少能哄孩子吃。
娃儿们的胃口,简直就是迷一样难以捉摸。
