“Though I walk in the midst of trouble, you preserve my life; you stretch out your hand against the anger of my foes, with your right hand you save me.” Psalms 138:7
The expectation can let people leave away melancholy and make the Lord’s children sing with joy. The desperation will make a person old, but the expectation make a man young. The foundation of our expectation is the Lord. God is the greatest rock and he never distance from us. He hears and answers our prayer in distress. He also guards us to walk on the right way. God protects all who trust in Him. He allows us to meet with trouble, as soon as we fear him, He will make us be strong.
“’Lord,’ Martha said to Jesus,’ if you had been here, my brother would not have died.’” John11:21 The above scriptures show that our Lord gave her the further promise in response to her lack of hope, so God told her that “Your brother will rise again.” John11:23 During our life, when we walk in the “center of trouble” just like Martha, we tend to think the date of salvation has past. Our Lord also grant us the promise against our actual situation that” Though I walk in the midst of trouble, you preserve my life.”
Though the Lord’s promise had been so long delayed, and we continue to walk in the midst of trouble. “Center of trouble” is a place where we can pray for, and the place will not make us disappointment. In the place of despair, He will stretch out his hand against the wrath of our enemies. When we do best, this is the time when the Lord makes the attack stop, separate, and end. So, why do we despair?
