Ash(波斯语:آش)是波斯传统美食,《波汉词典》解释是浓汤粥,在伊朗、阿富汗、塔吉克斯坦等波斯国家里,Ash的品类是多种样式。其中著名的Ash属于宗教食物,也叫烈士粥,例如阿舒拉日粥(纪念侯赛因)和法图麦忌日粥。在伊朗,这两个日子里做的粥,也会向社会免费施舍。
