跟大家分享两款披萨,薄底与厚底的,薄底香脆些,厚底的咬起来更有质感更有嚼劲,看个人囗味与喜欢。本人喜欢薄底,香脆,也不会一下子吃饱!
田园聚披萨(薄底)

披萨材料:
理想牌自发面粉,芝士,海天或李锦记番茄酱,青红椒(各2只),玉米1条,瘦肉2两,洋葱一个
小煎锅披萨制作:
1,将玉米扒出粒,瘦肉,洋葱,青椒,红椒切成丁
2,把瘦肉加少许生粉,酱油拌一下
3,用小锅下点油,倒入拌好的瘦肉,五成熟时加入洋葱与玉米粒,盖上盖,至七成熟,加入青红椒,拌匀,关火,放旁边备用

自发面粉一饭碗,倒入盆,加半碗水,调至夹不起来,囗味重可加少许盐,口味淡不需加盐,发酵十至十五分钟
小煎锅倒入油,大约1.5钢杯,倒入调好的自发面粉,盖好,中小,烤熟,可见饼面有熟泡,用筷子插多些小洞,饼身可以转动,如果不动要加油

把翻茄酱均匀擦在饼上
