About the interview

To be honest, I think the hardest difficulty in our life is the interview.

When you are hunting a job, the interview is inevitable. And as we all know, the Postgraduate Entrance Examination also have the second text, which includes the interview.

And there are some suggests that you have to pay attention to.

First, you need to prepare some questions that the HR would ask. Such as: "Tell me about yourself", "Tell me about your biggest strength or weakness", "What are your salary expectations", "Where do you expect to be in five years", and so on.

Second, dress properly. The dress can show your attitude for the interview and the company. Some employers would pay more attention to this, others not. So you should dress properly.

At last, it is wise for you to suss out a career plan and apply for positions accordingly. HR would like to ask applicants what is your plan of your career. And of course, they tend to hire those who have a concrete plan in mind. And these people are often more motivated.

Anyway, show your enthusiasm about the position and your ability of learning quickly to the employers. And you will be the best.
